We have adopted a new required text for this class:
Giorgetti, Chiara, ed. The Rules, Practice, and Jurisprudence of International Courts and Tribunals Leiden: Martinus Nijhoff, 2012.
Find this book in the Pence Law Library.
We also recommend four texts for this class. You do not have to purchase these books, as the law library has copies of each on reserve. They are:

Volokh, Eugene.

In addition to readings from the texts, we will also read extensively from other sources. These will be posted on this website (to save trees and also to save you money). The readings on the website are just as important as those in the texts. The readings for a particular class may change during the semester, to allow for current developments in this rapidly-changing field. The required readings will not, however, change during the week before the class.
Materials on the website require a username and password, which may be obtained from the instructors. We have also posted it on MyWCL.
